Check in and out times
Check in time is 3 pm, and check out is midday. Wherever possible we try to be a little flexible with these rules, and it all depends on arrivals and departures of other guests. We try our best to fit in with your flight times. There is no meal service in the villa until the evening of arrival day. The last meal on departure day is breakfast, and we ask you to check out at midday the latest.
You can book a late checkout, with villa service, by paying an extra half day. We have a plan in place to help guests arriving before the villa is available, or departing late.
Security Deposit
We ask you to pay a cash security deposit of $500 to Lily on arrival at the villa. The equivalent in any major currency is fine. Lily will return it to you at the end of your holiday, providing there is no damage or breakage.
PLEASE NOTE: I also let villas nearby,in the same development, belonging to friends, so if your group is too large for our Villa, you can take two villas. Or if our villa is already booked for the dates you want, you have a choice of another villa instead.
How to get there
Many airlines fly direct to Phuket’s Airport from international locations, making a stopover in Bangkok unnecessary, especially during the high seasons (November- April.)
There are direct flights to Phuket from Australia, and many other places. including Europe.
Many tourists come through Bangkok however, and catch a very reasonable domestic flight via Thai Airways or Air Asia, which run regularly through the day, 7 days a week
Our driver Jone will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa, where the staff will welcome you with cool towels and a jug of chilled fresh fruit juice.
